Carried out the replacement and relocation of outdated waterlines as part of the plant's scheduled maintenance operations. This involved dismantling old pipelines, installing new high-durability conduits, and strategically repositioning them to optimize water distribution across the facility.
Overview
When IPEX Inc. needed to modernize aging waterlines at their manufacturing facility, they turned to GO2 Mechanical for a solution that wouldn't disrupt ongoing production.
The challenge was significant: the existing infrastructure had exceeded its service life, and any extended downtime would impact plant operations. Our team developed a phased execution plan that allowed work to proceed in parallel with manufacturing activities, minimizing interruptions while maintaining strict safety protocols.
