Commercial HVAC Retrofit

GO2 Mechanical delivered a phased HVAC retrofit for a multi-tenant office campus in downtown Toronto. The project focused on improving reliability, energy performance, and tenant comfort without disrupting occupied floors.

We replaced aging rooftop units, upgraded distribution where needed, and integrated a new building automation system for better zone control. Critical tie-ins were scheduled after hours to keep business operations running.
