Industrial Process Piping System
Sanitary process piping upgrade supporting new production lines and CIP systems in a high-volume facility.
Overview
GO2 Mechanical engineered and installed a new process piping network for a high-volume food and beverage processor in the GTA. The system supports multiple production lines while meeting strict sanitary requirements.
Our scope included stainless steel fabrication, orbital welding, clean-in-place (CIP) integration, and rigorous QA/QC documentation. All piping was sloped and routed to support sanitation protocols and minimize downtime for washdowns.
The project was delivered within a tight production schedule and completed with full pressure testing and commissioning.
